Information for Exchange Partners
This page contains information for exchange partners with whom we have a student exchange agreement.
Recruitment
Can we assist you with recruiting exchange students to the CSU? Complete this form to request:
- Printed promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters) or
- An information session for your students on "Exchange Opportunities to the CSU".
Exchange partners may also print flyers from our template:CSU Promotional Flyer (for A4 paper). Partners are welcome to make as many copies as they wish for exchange fairs and to distribute to students..

Please complete our nomination form for each student you wish to nomination for our Fall 2024 intake by January 15 and if this is not possible, please submit your nominations or as soon you can. We will accept nominations after this date.
We can accept nominations and applications after our posted deadline dates by special request to csuexchange@calstate.edu. Please visit and direct prospective applicants to our Fall 2024 Intake webpage for the exchange application, instructions and other useful information.
Nominations for our Spring 2025 are due on July 15, 2024. Information related to this intake will be made available by late May-early June.
Secure Drop Box
Any staff member from a partner institution can transmit applications or other documents that contain sensitive information to our office using a secure drop box. This does not require the use of a password. Documents must be in PDF format (one PDF per student with all documents included). Multiple documents can be sent at one time. For further information, refer to #2 in the document "MOVEit via Proxy Account".
